About GeoSPA Talks.
Welcome to GeoSPA talks, your gateway to the fascinating realm of Geospatial, space, place, and analysis. As the digital landscape evolves at an unprecedented pace, GeoSPA talks emerged from the collaborative spirit within the geoinformatics network of Aalto University’s Department of Built Environment and the University of Helsinki’s Department of Geosciences and Geography. This talk series aims to bridge the gaps in this expansive domain by uniting professionals, enthusiasts, and researchers. GeoSPA talks operates under the Fiuginet network (Finnish University Network for Geoinformatics), reinforcing its commitment to excellence and collaboration within the Finnish geospatial community.
Supported by the Location Innovation Hub, GeoSPA is driven by a passionate organizing committee, including Dr. Tuuli Toivonen (University of Helsinki), Dr. Jussi Nikander (Aalto University), Dr. Henrikki Tenkanen (Aalto University), and Dr. Kamyar Hasanzadeh (University of Helsinki). The activities of GeoSPA are cuurently coordinated by Kamyar Hasanzadeh.
“GeoSPA talks” seeks to organize a series of engaging talks featuring renowned researchers. We invite thought leaders, experts, and enthusiasts to contribute to our discourse, shaping the future of geospatial exploration and analysis. Join us on this exciting journey as we delve into the dynamic intersections of space, place, and analysis.
